Legal Question in Discrimination Law in North Dakota

Once a person has been put on the sexual offenders list is there anyway to get off of it. This guy got put on because he had consensual sex with a gal who was underage. Her mother even approved of her daughter having sex. The mother and daughter were in a fight and the cops were called and through the conversation the cops got his name and pressed charges against the guy. He has done all his probation, etc. that was asked of him. He is married now with a new baby. Hard for him to find a good job or a decent place to live.

He is probably on the list for 5 or 10 years, and until that time is over he needs to comply with the registration requirements, and he can't get off the list.
