Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota

drivers license

I have a suspended licence in nd right now with no restrictions other than time to wait. I have followed through with all other treatments obligations and recomendations fines paid also. Can I obtain a licence in any other state

I can only advise you ND and MN. You won't qualify for a license in MN. I would advise you to contact the ND department of transportation and see if you qualify for a work permit.
