Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota

daughter got 1st dui,hired a lawyer he has done nothing she works full time & goes to collage,wont give her a work permit,they tell her that her license is revoked for 2 years!!HELP

Someone is lying to you. You can not have your license suspended for 2 years on a 1st offense DUI. If this is in fact a second or a third DUI she will not be allowed to get a work permit.
