I have had 3 DUIs in a 5 year span
I don't have my license but I was wondering is I get a physical control on top of that what kind of time am I looking at

A conviction for "actual physical control" will be treated exactly the same as a DUI. So you would be facing a 4th DUI in 7 years, and that is an A-Misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in prison and a 2000 dollar fine. In Cass County you would likely receive between 6 months to a year in jail. You may be elegible for a drug court program which would greatly reduce jail time, however not all courts have a drug court program.
