Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota
DUI 2nd offense
My 18 year-old is being charged with actual physical control - he was parked on his Dads rental property, not in drivers seat, with keys in ignition. Is this worth fighting or gettig a lawyer? He blew a .14 I believe.
