Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota

I had gotten a d.u.i in north dakota but my license was from minnesota.. I currently have been living in North Dakota for almost the last 3 years now... I plan to stay in North Dakota.. My question is should I have to pay both minnesota and north dakota reinstatement fees and reccomendations or just one? please let me know thanks

I understand your question, however I might not have enough information to properly answer it.

Did Minnesota catch up to you and suspend your Minnesota license? If so, then you will have to comply with Minnesota's requirements for reinstated and pay the hefty $680 reinstatement fee.

Additionally you will have to meet the requirements of ND and pay their reinstatement fee, usually $100. One of the ND requirement is that you are not suspended in any other State, in addition to the DUI requirements.
