DUI in North Dakota

I had a DUI in 2000 or 2001, I then got another one in 2005 or 2006....Well, on March 28, 2008, I got another one. What will happen to me?

You should have a lawyer review the charges. This would be considered a 2nd DUI within 5 years and carry mandatory jail time. I would suspect with your DUI in 2001 you are facing somewhere around 10 days in jail. My office will do a free consultation.
