What should i plead at my arrangement hearing.........if i refused the breathalyser?

That depends. If the police stopped you more than 10 days ago, then you drivers licenses is already in jeopardy. You should consult an attorney about the possibility of curring your breath test refusal thereby reducing your drivers license suspension.
The the answer to your question is that if you want to try and help your drivers license suspension you need to consult a lawyer, or plead not guilty and then consult a lawyer. But beware you only have 25 days from the date of the traffic stop to cure the refusal, but again you will require a lawyer to do that. Good Luck.
