Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota

I got pulled over and blew a .067. I am 20 yrs old. The cop made me do the usual tests and he said he wouldnt have arrested me if i wouldnt have ''messed up on the balancing'' everything else i did fine. He then drove me to a hospital to get a blood test done. I asked what the blood test was for and he said ''This is what will stand up in court.'' I said ''what if it comes back and under .08?'' He said ''The charges will be dropped.'' So i went to jail and bond was $300 then i got to drive home. Do i have a chance to get the charges dropped? What do you think? Should I plead Guilty or Not guilt? I just dont know what to do.

It sounds like you may have a defendable case. Most of the case depends on your blood alcohol test results. The implications of a blood test higher than .08 are too difficult to discuss on this form. Please contact an attorney, I would be happy to provide a free consultation.
