Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota

I put this under DUI as I did not really know where it fit in! My 15 year old son was picked up at a party where there was alcohol. He admitted to drinking and blew a .097. Do I need to hire an attorney or is this something my husband and I can handle with the judge?

I always recommend a lawyer. I assume he is charged with Minor In Consumption (MIP)? You and your husband could handle the case but I can't comment on what Minot is doing these juvenile MIPs.
