Legal Question in Family Law in North Dakota

bill for services

I had alwayer provide services for an estate and I have requested a bill 4 times in the last 5 months so I can close the estate and have not received one. How Can I get the lawyer to bill me or can I close the estate without paying the firm?

you can tell him that if he does not submit a bill, you will fire him and/or report him to your local board of professional conduct.
