We have child together can we set up a agreement between the two of us without attorneys?

Your cryptic question doesn't give us much information to work with. Are you married? Have you both taken responsibility for this child's future? If you both agree to a legal method for fulfilling your responsibilities, then that would probably be fine. But you don't say enough for us to know the facts. You would be wise in any case to consult with an ND attorney.
