i live in north dakota. i just turned 19. i like this girl from devils lake and she is a senior in high school, and is 17 years old. we both want to date each other. can i get into any legal trouble if i just "date" her? no sexual contact just old school girlfriend boyfriend

You could be charged with a sex offense if you were to have any sexual contact with her. My advice would be to wait until she turns 18 before starting a relationship with her.
