Legal Question in Family Law in North Dakota

I have been served with a subpeona from the lawyer of my boyfriends estranged wife, I have already agreed to testify on my boyfriends behalf. What are my options?

If you live in ND and the case is in ND you will have to comply with the subpoena. There is the possibility that if you live in another state such as MN, you may not have been served with a correct interstate subpoena. Again I don't have enough info to tell you whether you were served with a correct subpoena. So assuming you have been served correctly, you need to show up for the subpoena.
