Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Dakota

restraining orders

My family has a restraining order on my crazy sister-in-law. She has violated this restraining order 3 times today. The McKenzie Co North Dakota Sheriff says he doesn't have the staff to handle this so nothing has been done. Where do we go for help?
