Health Care Bills
Are health care bills suppose to be paid before any other bills, including the bill for the funeral of a spouse?

Unless ND has a statute I am not aware of, there is not normally a right of priority to health care providers. However, you should check with a North Dakota attorney to be absolutely certain.
