Legal Question in Insurance Law in North Dakota

Im 19 years old and live in williston north dakota and I bought a car Last year from a pretty big sized dealership and I recently had my car totalled out and My insurance company said that it was previously totalled and that they could only give me what it booked for with a dirty title so i was wondering if im able to fight the car company or my insurance to pay at the least the rest of my loan thank you

Go see a lawyer. You appear to have a claim against both the dealer and against your own insurer which may overlap but are not the same.
