Legal Question in Employment Law in North Dakota

employment

I am a university professor, representing

myslef (since I cannot find a lawyer) in my

lawsuit against my university (Noth Dakota

State University) in a Federal Court. I plan to

give the court evience that Defendant has

deliberately and intentionally misled courts to believe that I did something which I did not.

If my evidence is acceptable to the Federal

Court, what is the punishement the

Defendant could get for deliberately and

intentionally misleading courts?

Being a tenured profesor, my university

(NDSU=Defendant) misled courts.

What compensation could I ask for if the

Judge accpets my evidence?

Could I request any Federal authority to

file a criminal charge against Defendant?

Re: employment

If this is at all important ( and it certainly sounds like it COULD BE) you should consult with an experienced attorney concerning your claims and defenses. If you give me a brief (seriously) summary, I will give you some direction and perhaps a referral.
