Legal Question in Employment Law in North Dakota

posting position while employed?

I am a branch manager for a company based out of this state. Recently, I found my position posted on national web sites such as Monster, etc...

I have not had any negative reviews about my performance. Is this legal for a company to post an opening for my position without informing me?
