Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Dakota

My car was towed from my apartment complex. We did have a sign placed on the outside of the apartment complex that informed that said "we need all vehicles removed from the parking lot on June 8th, so we are able to have the lot swept and re-striped."

However, there was NO NOTICE my car would be towed if my vehicle was still in the parking lot.

My question is, can I have the property manager pay for the towing fee?
