Legal Question in Military Law in North Dakota

Currently in the air force and am now under investigation for violation of general order #3. i am under investigation because of hearsay. one or several people stated i used or possibly was present while they used drugs. the investigation is pending and i had no knowledge of any drugs at all at any time. how far will this case go? there are more than 10 of us being charged. i lawyered up and consented to room search, they found nothing.

It is impossible to predict now what will happen. Undoubtedly, they will look to see if they can find any evidence further against you. They will probably question the others to see if they will say that you were there or using drugs. I would suggest that you not make any statements, consent to any searchers, or do anything right now. You have to just be patient and wait and see what happens.
