What is the statute of limitations on wrongful death lawsuits in North Dakota? If there are exceptions what are they? I am seeking an attorney in North Dakota or an attorney qualified to handle lawsuits in N. Dak. who will tell me if I have a case, if not why, if not without merit what areas do I have do pursue. I am willing to meet any time and any place to present all the information and documents I have. My time is running out, Please Help Me !!!
