Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Dakota
The University that I attend came into my room over spring break and confiscated 60 alcohol bottle caps while doing "Saftey Checks" where they are supposed to be checking for fire hazards. I was planning on using these caps to build a table with bottle caps as the top surface. Do I have any legal grounds for them to return theses bottle caps or if they threw them out to be reimbursed for them?

The bottle caps are not worth enough to be reimbursed.
The real question is what University do you attend? To what student conduct guidelines did you agree? You may have agreed to allow University officials to enter your room, and you may also have agreed not to have alcohol advertising?
