Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Dakota
We are going on an alaskan cruise this july & we board in canada. i got a d.u.i. last january, am i going to have any problems in canada because of this, & if so ,what do i need to do?

Are you driving or flying into Canada? A dui can be a serious problem for entering Canada. However often the Canadians will allow someone to cross the border if they pay an additional couple hundred dollars.
