Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Dakota
I was arrested July 4th 2008 for a DUI in Minnesota. I have been arrested twice in North Dakota since then for Driving under suspention, and recently was pick up for a 3rd time. Because of this I've been told that I will have to serve 30 days in jail. I go to court in a couple days and was wondering if there is anything I could do to reduce the amount of days I'll have to serve or a way to prolong the case to a later date?
