driving under suspention grievance
my license is suspended until 2012 for accumulation of points, speeding tickets, and driving under suspentions, nothing serious, who can i contact to request a hearing to get license back? I need to drive to school, work, ect.

At this point you probable don't have a right to have a hearing. I would contact the ND Department of Transportation and ask them about getting a work/school permit. The number is: 701 3 2 8-2 6 0 0.
You may or may not qualify for a work permit, but asking the DOT is the only way to find out.
