Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Dakota
In january i got picked up for a DUI. March 9th my drivers license was suspended for 180 days. i could have gotten me license reinstated on the 9th of September. i got pulled over October 26, the officer gave me a driving under suspension ticket... i have heard that the ticket that i should have gotten is a driving without a lalid license,,, not DUS.

You probably can get it reduced, but you need to talk to the prosecutor. Under no circumstances should you plead guilty. That will result in another 180 suspension.
