Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Dakota

get license back after 2 dui's

ok I was pulled over and the cop gave me a breathalizer I agreed, failed. Now he wanted to take me to this town 30miles away to take another breathalizer, i was like no because i was already caught you know, and what would be the point, Now i cant get my license back just because i denied that 2nd test , and i was wondering if that could be changed at all, because I live in north dakota and you pretty much need a car to get any where. so if you could help me that would be cool.

if this happened more than ten days ago, your license is gone. if it happenned within the last ten days you should have a lawyer look at the case.
