Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Dakota
I recently moved to North Carolina from Indiana. My driver's license was suspended due to a traffic ticket I received for expired tags-on my way to the DMV no less. The ticket was issued approximately 4 years ago, and frankly didn't get paid because I forgot about it due to several things going on in my life at that time.
My question is, can the North Carolina BMV refuse me a driver's license for this state when my Indiana driver's license is suspended for failure to pay a fine?
