Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Dakota
Validation of Duable Power of Attorney after Death
Does the ''attorney-at-fact'' or the ''agent'' have the rights to anything after principle's death.
For example, a financed vehicle in principle's name.
Is the Power of Attorney valid after principle person's death?

The POA dies when the person dies. No such thing as validation - the power ends!

Re: Validation of Duable Power of Attorney after Death
Power of Attorney documents expire at the death of the principal. The deceased principal's estate is administered by the Personal Representative (Executor) of the estate as named in the will or as designated by the court via a Petition.
