Re: Aggravated Menacing
Ohio Revised Code defines aggravated menacing as Knowingly cause another to believe that the offender will cause serious physical harm to the other person or property ofthe other person, the other person's unborn, or member of the other person's immediate family.
It is a misdemeanor of the first degree unless the victim is an officer, employee of a public children services agency or a private child placing agency.
