Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Annulment of marriage

I got married in 2000. I recently found out my husband was married at the time we got married. Since then he has abandoned me. I have no idea where he has gone. Do I need a signature to get an annulment and is that even an option?

Re: Annulment of marriage

In order to determine if an annulment is possible, there are additional questions that need to answered, specifically when did you find out and did he get a divorce from his ex-wife and/or is his ex still alive. Then one must determine if from a financial aspect it would be more advisable to seek a divorce. His signature is not required for either action. Please contact me and I would be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
