Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Chapter 13 hardship discharge
I am in Ohio, separated from husband. Filed Chap 13 early 2008 and can no longer afford payments due to supporting two households. We make too much to refile chap 7. What are the consequences of simply ceasing monthly payments? Our attorney does not seem willing to try and modify our plan. Not sure what our options are. Please advise. Thank you.
