The administration of Standard Field Sobriety Tests can be attacked on an evidentiary basis prior to and at trial. In this situation, the prosecution will need to prove the reliability of the test to indicate probable cause for arrest. I suggest you hire an attorney ASAP to work on this case. If indeed your disability affected the results of the SFSTs an attorney needs to jump on this case soon to formulate an adequate defense and prepare a motion to suppress.
