Legal Question in Disability Law in Ohio

Excellent lpn terminated

Full time charge nurse terminated from over 4 year job at nursing home. Have chronic arthritis to both ankles, legs, r knee, and back. Documented abscences from MD. I am curious what my rights may be with the EOE ADA in Ohio. Thank you for your time!!!

If you believe that you were terminated because of your condition, it would probably be worth consulting with an attorney. It is illegal to fire an employee because of that person's disability.
