Legal Question in Disability Law in Ohio

Ok so I have a question. I filled out an application for a job, was called into an interview, was called back given a shirt and worked out a schedule for training with the employer. Two days later he found out I was pregnant and now does not want me to work, says they have a policy that their pregnant women can only work until they're 3 mo's. But the law says 1) you cannot refuse a pregnant woman a job because of pregnancy, and 2) you cannot force early leave on a pregnant women if she is cabable of doing her job and has no restrictions from her doctor.

So how can they have this 'policy' that violates the law? They say they only allow them to work until 3 mo's, but if by law they cannot force early leave how does this policy fly? Or is it a bunch of crap?

I'm just wondering if anyone here thinks I am being discriminated against due to my pregnancy? I am not sure what to do?

Your employer is violating both state and federal gender discrimination law by not allowing you to work as long as you can perform all of your duties. I recommend you hire an attorney to write a letter to your employers explaining the errors of their ways. Hopefully they will show it to their lawyer and realize the mistake they are making.
