Legal Question in Administrative Law in Ohio
I am a police chief for an Ohio village and back in December 2011, the police department operations were suspended and just recently the mayor called me and said the village was terminating my employment due to the police department being suspended. I am sure this cannot be done and ORC must be followed. Any help in this area of IS IT LEGAL would be appreciated. Thanks!
