Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Ohio
Should I, Can I appeal
I was arrested for a dui in city A, by city B. I was sent to a city B court. So the case was thrown out for lack of jurisdiction. Then the case was sent to court of appeals, which upheld the dicision. A year later, I received the same ticket from city B police, but this time ordered to go to city A court. I was advised to plead guilty. I did.
Should I, Can I appeal.

Should you appeal?
Probably!
Can you? Depends on a number of things. Did you plead guilty or no contest? When was the plea? How long has it been. etc.
You really need to contact an atty asap because there are serious time resrictions on appeals!
Good Luck!
