Do I have 30 days to appeal from the date of conviction or from the date of sentencing??? I am appealing to a district court of appeals?? Does the judge usually continue the bond during the appeal???

Re: Appeal

30 days from the sentencing date.

you appeal it to the district court in your area

there are so many rules that i would never suggest that someone other than an attorney try to appeal a case - too many critical pitfalls.

call me directly if you wish
