is they're a way that i can go for sister rights? My brother is 16 years old and his father is beating him up. The father is an alcoholic, and he has beat his wives, and girlfriends numerous times. I can't wait for the courts to decide weather or not they are gonna let him be adopted out. He will run away commit suicide, or get beat again. I am 18 years old, and I am willing to do anything.

It sounds like you should be on the phone to Children Services of the County you reside in immediately. They have the power to remove the child and place him where they choose. You could volunteer to take temporary custody. They will check you out and may place him with you. You could then petition the juvenile Court for custody.
