Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Ohio
an easy alcohol question concerning court sentencing
I had alcohol on my breath, and police stopped me while i was walking through campus, gave me an eye test, and then gave me a summons to court. the court found me guilty and i now am on probation until I am 21. Is there any way I can challenge this?

Re: an easy alcohol question concerning court sentencing
If you feel that your conviction was not based on sufficient evidence, you can appeal the conviction. However, you must file that appeal within 30 days of the date the sentencing entry was filed. Appeals are complex legal arguments and should not be attempted by lay people. Your posting does not indicate whether you had an attorney for the trial. If so, you may want to contact that attorney about the appeal. If not, there are many attorneys across Ohio who handle appeals, and most of us are happy to talk with you about the fees involved and what you might expect from an appeal.
