Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Ohio
Power of Attorney in Appeal Cases
My sister needs to have her case involving her ''neglected'' children appealed, but is incarcerated, the 30 days has elapsed and i plan to file a leave of appeal, however, can i act as power of attorney for her while she is incarcerated and do the paperwork for her or is there another way to go about this?
