Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Ohio
Suing an appellate judge
In a decision to uphold summary judgment for the defendent, a judge accused my deceased Mother of committing certain acts. This judge had no proof or evidence, whatsoever. This judge surmised that things had occured, when they had not. Can this judge be sued for slanderous comments?

You can't sue a judge, just vote against them.
