first time offender
is it possible for a first time offender that took a plea bargin to get aout sooner?

There is not enough information to answer the question. I would need to know the offense of conviction, the judge, the court, and the terms of any plea agreement. Once I knew that I could at least tell you if it is legally possible to get out before the sentence is fully served.
Even if it is legally possible it does not mean that the Judge will approve it. That is another discussion that requires an investigation into the crime and the defendant's prior history that is beyond the scope of this forum.
