Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Ohio
Winning a Lawsuit
How long does it take to get lawsuit money. It has been over 90 days and we still have not money. The company we sued, that was there last appeal. Can they keep dragging this on or is my lawyer not doing something right. This case is about Idenity theft.

It can take time. If that is the last appeal then the lawyer has to try and find assets to attach and sell to satisfy the judgement and that can be a long and complicated task.
