Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
3 years ago I contacted an attorney to assist in bankruptcy. During this time, communication has been a big problem. I have had to take the bankruptcy test twice because he either lost it or the deadline passed. Creditors have taken $3000 from my kids' bank accounts. Four weeks ago, after my attorney not returning my calls, I went into his office. He told me I would receive papers from the courts within a week. He has continued to refuse to return my calls. As of now, I still haven't heard from him, and not gotten the paperwork. What should I do?
