Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Attorney General
I have a Perkins Loan from college that went unpaid and is now with the Ohio attorney generals office. Can this be added to Chapter 7 bankruptcy and if so will the university then release my transcripts?

No, you can't add a student loan to Chap. 7
