Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I was awarded a judgement in the amount of 7300 the person who owes the money filed bankruptcy is there any way for me to collect what she owes me?

The answer to your question depends on a couple of things, first, what was the money judgement rendered for? Second, under what chapter of the bankruptcy code did the debtor file her petition and has she been granted a discharge yet?
