Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
bankrupcy info
i would like to know if there is a bankrupcy for credit cards only, a friend said they filed just for credit cards, and got to keep all of their belongings, and their credit cards were discharged, is this possible??? can this be done without e-payment, and not losing your home, car, or anything else??

Re: bankrupcy info
Technically speaking, no. The only way that this might be possible is if all of your property is worth less than the statutory exemptions allowed in Ohio under Ohio Revised Code Section 2329.66.
