bankruptcy chapter 7
I just filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have given up my home to the courts (due to a adj. rate mortgage) My question.. I have an above ground pool, can I take it?

If you can convince the trustee that the pool is removable, you might be able to exempt it under the miscellaneous personal property exception, if it is worth $400.00 or less.
